Great experience! I booked an appointment for a timing belt and brakes replacement and everything went smoothly. Robert ran a little bit behind (no problem) and called to let me know beforehand. Upon inspection, my brakes did not need to be replaced (can I get a "woohoo!" for that?) and everything was completed in a timely manner. Robert also called out a minor additional issue and noted that it wasn't urgent and I could likely just fix the problem with my next full round of repairs.

This was my first time using Your Mechanic. I booked w/ Trung based on availability but more so off of all his positive reviews. Trung called me about 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm. He showed up about 20 minutes early which was great.
