Finally! I found a great mechanic that has the knowledge. No more dealerships!! The dealership & another auto repair couldn’t find the problem for over a few years. Dealership told me it was an electrical problem then I would get charged for other services that I never went in for. When I called into this site I explained the problem and made sure they would send out a mechanic that was experienced in electrical. Doug came out & installed a new battery and was able to find the problem once he inspected under the truck. It was the starter! I was shocked because many times I was told that wasn’t the problem it was an electrical problem. I will never go back to a dealership for mechanical work, I will now be calling Doug for all the trucks mechanical problems. It’s so nice when someone knows their trade and great pricing!!

Doug was very nice and knowledgable. He did a pre-purchase inspection on a 1995 Ford Truck that I bought. He pointed out the pros and cons of the vehicle and identified all of the areas that could potentially need to be repaired in the future. I was really thankful for his help and I was able to buy the truck with confidence thanks to his detailed assessment. Thank you Doug!

Eduardo was late to the appointment, however without comment, he went out of his way to make up for it by cleaning my car inside and out!

First, I would recommend going to your local Ford dealership for a rust inspection. Other Escape owners have experienced similar issues, and if yours is similar enough, it may be covered by Ford. Ford covering the damages is the best...

As a certified master technician for many years this has been one of the most publicized problems seen by me and my colleagues in the field. There are a multitude of suggestions, comments, lawsuits, fixes, complaints and none will help...
Paint problems like bubbles and rust, not an old car

Have a certified Ford dealership look at the hood to determine the cause and suggest the best course of action to take. If the dealer corrosion warranty does not cover the repair, then another course of action is to have...
