It’s my First time using your mechanic service for my vehicle and I felt kinda worrried about it. Didn’t know what to expect but when he arrived (early) which is good, he was nice and very presentable :) Always a pleasure to have Jay around. Not only to repair your despair, but to also give a little lift to your day. A phenomenal mechanic who explains each detail and is profession at its best. Punctual, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable of his craft..is an understatement...Jay is your mechanic . I promise you. Made my nerves at ease, and being sincere when crediting $30 back to me I didn’t understand what he meant until I got a text that he credited back to me instead of paying the full charge, and thought he was asking for a tip lol but wasn’t and glad I did!!! Marco is an excellent mechanic that I would recommend to all. He has a lot of experience and he does the diagnosis very efficiently. He shared with me every step that he was doing to diagnose the issue, and showed me where the problem occurred and what needs to be done to fix it. He also inspected all fluids, tires, AC, lights, etc. I definitely would recommend him and I will ask for him again when I need to call Your Mechanic for future issues.
