Finally, as a person who is super busy in my own right, it was great to see how punctual John was. He was on time for my 7am appointment, trudging across the Bay Bridge early. Very satisfied with Gary and YourMechanic. Glad they followed up with phone call and recommended a tensioner that was not included in the timing belt kit. Even though Gary was late the the appt, he was able to do the timing belt, thermostat, waterpump, and drive belt under the estimated time it would take. I was pretty impressed with how smooth the replacements would be. I ended up learning a lot about my car and was even able to get my hands dirty. Definitely recommending this company as well as Gary to friends.
