Joshua was a bit late, but it was completely understandable given the rain that day and the terrible traffic. He called well in advance to warn me and gave me his updated ETA. I was purchasing a used vehicle and wanted to have it inspected before the purchase. Joshua showed up and spent a fair amount of time going through a very thorough check list and doing a test drive.
