As a single mom with absolutely nothing to squander away in time, money and patience with much of the auto industry, I was sincerely apprehensive on trying this service out. However, within 10 minutes of Chris' *early* arrival, I was elated and relieved. Jay was punctual and thorough. I hired him to do a pre purchase inspection and he spent over an hour going over the car with a fine toothed comb. He explained what needed immediate attention and what could wait to get repaired, but flagged nonetheless.
