Jay, was professional and on time, he actually let me know I still had more life on brakes and they really didn’t need replacement just yet. He cleaned them up well and informed me about keeping an eye on my battery and keeping some mice or rats out of engine area, as we noticed some mouse feces and insulation they were trying to nest with. Well didn't get car fixed. It wasn't his fault though. Turns out I have blown head gasket. I'm going to try some of that head gasket sealer crap. Hopefully I can get a few more months outta the car. Richard was very well manner and professional.
