Very nice man. I gave him a 3 because of the rules him and his company inforce. My instrument cluster, dash panel, does not work. Doug performed electrical test except pulling the panel out and testing it. He stated that it was extra to test this device. Why was this not included in a troubleshooting task? Since I have already pull this panel out look at the connection we can eliminate that as a problem. I just don't know why pulling the panel out would be extra cost in troubleshooting.
