Deane was early but willing to wait for me to arrive. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He has experience with body work as well as being a mechanic, so when the bumper had to be partially removed to access the headlights, he did it with ease. Since this was my first booking wirh yourmechanic i specifically booked Chris for an oil change plus additional diagnostics. He was very professional and courteuous. After his inspection he spotted few major and minor issues which need to be fixed.

Trevor was great in resolving a 'complication' that resulted from my earlier timing belt replacement by another mechanic. He resolved the issue at hand and helped me in getting proper billing resolution from YourMechanic which was very nice. I will definitely look for Trevor for next service needs.
