Brett communicates well with you letting you know where he is, what's going on, and any other questions you have. Brett was able to come at an earlier time and was very thorough in his work. I asked him to replace the starter but after checking the starter and everything else, determined it was a separate issue instead. I will definitely use Brett again in the future.
