I have been an automotive technician since 1987. Over my career I've gained deep experience with all types of Domestic, European, and Asian cars. I've owned my own repair shop and worked at many dealerships, and there isn't a car problem I haven't come across. My goal is to provide customers with honest diagnostics and repairs – I know my reputation shows through my work!

I wish he had fixed the issue right then and there. He just came and did an inspection of what was wrong and told me I have to make another appointment. The inspection alone was $150. The actual service is going to cost an other $900. Crazy.

Charles was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the repair due to some broken bolts that were discovered during his work. (Not his fault! It's a very old car!) Charles explained everything to me and told me exactly how we needed to proceed. We are now awaiting the delivery of additional parts, then Charles will complete the repairs.
