Andrew came to my place before the schedule time but I was away and procuring parts from shop. It took sometime to get all the parts. To my surprise Andrew politely said he will until get the parts or if needed more time, it could be rescheduled. Anyway I got all the parts required and brought. Andrew shown his excellent skills to finish the work. He is very professional and courteous and he charged only for the service he performed and adjusted price for an additional service that he has not performed.

Jerome was thorough not only with the full normal inspection, but also paying attention to my request to check out whether the Prius was a smoker's car. He gave me good detail showing it was indeed a smoker's car, including photos of burns in the upholstery. This saved me from buying a car long distance, that I'd hate once I traveled to pick it up. Much appreciated! Jerome didn't put this information into the official report like I thought he would; so I had to have him send me a text about the smoking evidence so I'd have it on the website with the report.
