Although he was quick to complete the job, he took an 1hr and 15 mins to arrive at my appointment. He had a nasty disposition upon arrival and was very impatient. He wasn't professional at all and I'm not sure if he had a bad day or if he's just like this. I spoke to him with respect and I never showed frustration for his late arrival. I had no clue my battery was dead after he fixed the car and had an attitude bc I had to wait for a neighbor to give me a quick jump. I would have added the service or paid him out ny pocket to jump from his car. He was just very nasty and I felt uneasy to even speak to him.
