Andrew did a GREAT job. My betterhalf usually does the car maintenance, but is currently very ill. Since I am the sole caregiver, I do not have time to spend at the dealership many miles away form my home. Andrew came to my home as promised, answered all the questions I had about how to open the hood, fill fluids when necessary and how to properly change a tire. He was patient and very helpful. Provided a through inspection of my car to determine why not starting. Provided a detailed description of services needed immediately to get car started and then recommended additional services that should be replaced in time.
He arrived to my house at the appointment time and was done under the 2 hour window he said it may take. My car is now running properly now for hundreds of dollars less that the dealership was going to charge.
