Appointment was for 9am he called me around 820am asking me if i had the part told him no said he would call me back, I called customer service because I had not heard back from him, While on the phone with them . Right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, professional. Did I leave any kudos out? The oxygen sensor was apparently installed cross threaded from the factory. He had to procure a tool to clear the threads in order to do the job. Marvelous job.
