I've been an automotive technician for 13 years and worked in mechanics in the Marines. I've worked at GMC, Pontiac, Mazda, Chrysler, and Toyota as a service writer and Mercedes factory trained. I've also worked in the trucking industry, and run my own mobile business. I'm focused on quality and accuracy and aim to repair your vehicle correctly the first time.

I got a pre-purchase inspection with joseph on a used car i was looking to buy that was a few hours from my home, glad i relied on him. He was easy to reach and responded to my message quickly with a phone call. He made very will documented notes and photos so i could review, as well as general recommendations for needed care immediately and in the near future. This was a very good experience with his service, only minor demerit was, he ran a bit late to the appointment, but i believe the location was either outside of his normal range, or barely inside as he was on the road for some time before hand, and in this area it could have mostly been traffic, would use again if needed.

He explained to me afterwards everything that was done to the car, took a test drive to ensure the work was done properly and even recommended a brake fluid change after he noted weak brakes.
