I've been an automotive technician since 2003. I have worked at Nissan, Ford, and Chrysler dealerships. In my current position, I regularly perform oil changes, check transmissions, and perform tune-ups on a variety of commercial and passenger vehicles. I also perform diagnostic, repair, and replace services on all types of vehicles. Delivering customer satisfaction through great automotive maintenance is my top priority.

Dellano was fantastic. What I liked most was that he was very happy to show me how the repair would and explain the motions along the way. That way it was a learning experience instead of just sitting on the side and waiting. Dellano was on time, professional, and focused. It was about the work and he enjoyed the work. He was happy to point out other issues that I would need to keep an eye on and gave me tips on how to do it myself. And I know that if I'm not able, I have someone who is reliable, friendly, competent, and kind to help fix it.

Delano was on time with a very easy going demeanor yet knowledgeable about the job at hand. He is very comfortable with a client observing his work in progress. Inconveniently the parts provider supplied one camshaft sensor that did not have the correct profile for my Nissan. Delano explained the issue and acknowledged that the supplier was in error. It wasn’t that the new part malfunctioned but that it was incorrect for the job. I would certainly request Delano for future issues and recommend him to anyone in need of a mechanic!
