Jermaine showed up on time, was friendly and outgoing and got started right away. Basically had some brakes work, including the replacement of pads in both the front and rear plus bleeding the brakes and adding new brake fluid. What I really appreciate about this experience is the vehicle health report which included pictures of my vehicle and the old brake pads that had been removed. Saw all the new parts were obtained from CarQuest, whom I like. After two other mechanics canceled their appointments to do this same job, I didn't know what to expect today. However my experience with Jermaine reassured me this is a great way to do business and I appreciate him being able to come out and get this job completed where I live.

All I can say "SUPERB". I really appreciate his honesty. He could have easily changed/replaced one of the parts recommended by one of his previous technician/consultant instead he said that the particular part is working so far fine and don't need to be replaced and which saved me couple hundred dollars. Now a days, you can hardly find this kind of honesty. I told him that he would be my permanent auto mechanic, not only for his honesty but also for his detailed knowledge of internal combustion engine. I wish him the best.

Matthew arrived promptly and did a very thorough inspection of my Subaru Forester. He took his time, spending almost 2 hours going over every part of the car inside and out. He also made sure I understood everything he did (turns out he’s quite familiar with Subarus), and went over all the issues I’ll need to follow up on. He even fixed a loose latch under the hood that was keeping the hood from closing completely, and wiped down the car’s interior. Absolutely stellar service!
