SERVICE

Alternator

AMOUNT PAID

$480.65
by P. from Silver Spring, MD 20910

Efrain is a great trouble-shooter and problem-solver. For this service visit, he used creative problem-solving to replace an alternator that was in a difficult-to-access engine bay. He replaced the alternator successfully, and showed great dedication to the job because of the additional time it took to access the components. Thank you Efrain!

SERVICE

Manual Transmission Shift Cable

AMOUNT PAID

$239.38
by P. from Silver Spring, MD 20910

For my first experience/service with Your Mechanic dotcom, I have been very fortunate to be helped by Efrain. Not only is he an experienced mechanic (both commercial and private vehicle experience), but a service provider who can be both professional and personable, putting you at ease right away with his expertise, patience, thoroughness, and friendly 'can do' work ethic. I knew I had the right mechanic when we both shared a passion for European "hot hatch" cars (Fiat 500 Abarth, VW Beetle and GTI, etc). His initial investigation of the manual gear shifter issue was efficient yet thorough. When he returned for the scheduled service, I really appreciated that he accommodated my interest to learn more about the car and fixing the issue, as I was able to learn from him while he was working -- Efrain is a natural teacher and instructor! I was also impressed with his time management skills -- he has always arrived early to the appointments and finished quickly and efficiently (before expected time-frame). Overall, he has provided impeccable service, earned my trust and respect for both him and the Your Mechanic company, and easily earned a 5-of-5 star rating! Thank you Efrain, looking forward to working with you in the future.

A very polite and efficient mechanic - he spent every moment working on my Fiat and showed me the problem it was to do with the emissions valve also gave me good advise on how to have the issue rectified at no cost to me. I would highly recommend Oscar and will definitely prefer using his service rather than the dealership. Thank you again Oscar
