Damian was great. He arrived in plenty of time and got right to work. It turned out that the part he had, a radiator, did not work on my car, which was a model Acura TL-S, a subtype of model TL's. He drove to a parts store and picked up a new one, came back and completed the install. A lot of extra work, but he maintained good humor during the entire process. I was very pleased and would consider myself lucky to get Damian again.

Damian arrived on time and did the brake job right away. He showed me the worn brake pads and put in new gold-level pads, He was very pleasant the whole time. It was a great experience.

Robert arrived a little early, which was good for me, and worked on my rear brakes. He showed me how some of the pads were almost completely worn down and were not contacting the rotor completely. He was very pleasant, affable and willing to explain what he was seeing. He also replaced the fluid in my power steering reservoir. I docked a star for two reasons: yourmechanic hadn't explained to me that they couldn't do brake work on a gravel driveway, do I had to scramble a bit to get access to my neighbor's driveway, and the power steering reservoir was filled well above the Upper Limit line on the reservoir. The price was excellent and the convenience was really appreciated, and I would ask for Robert again.
