Phil Nash is officially a rockstar mechanic!! He is not only very knowledgeable regarding the subject of cars, but he is also professional and kind. Considering the fact it has taken almost 5-days for "Your Mechanic" to address my initial problem and my car is still not repaired (due to other more complicated issues)... Phil put on his "professional/ patient cap" and gave me clear step-by-step directions on how to properly address my problem. I am extremely frustrated with the service that received with this company; however, if they can fix my car TODAY I may consider referring them to another person. I thought that I scheduled an appointment to get my oil pan gaskets repaired, but instead a valve gasket repair was scheduled. The mechanic clearly explained that to repair the oil pan gasket would require more time and he only had 1.5 hours scheduled for my appointment. He assured me that the work could be completed the following day (strong possibility). Today he has car troubles of his own was not make it by the designated time. I am still awaiting repairs to my car.
