Before our appointment Charles got in touch with me to discuss what my car needed. On the day of, he arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. He got my oil changed, tires rotated, and spark plugs replaced in a timely manner, and after he was done, he was very helpful in explaining the results of his inspection and what maintenance I will need in the future. I will definitely be contacting him with those maintenance needs when they arise. Side note - I took a four hour road trip the next day and my car ran wonderfully!

Matthew arrived promptly and did a very thorough inspection of my Subaru Forester. He took his time, spending almost 2 hours going over every part of the car inside and out. He also made sure I understood everything he did (turns out he’s quite familiar with Subarus), and went over all the issues I’ll need to follow up on. He even fixed a loose latch under the hood that was keeping the hood from closing completely, and wiped down the car’s interior. Absolutely stellar service!
