Jermaine left the service location mins after arriving. He left because of a payment issue (which i resolved when notified). Instead of calling me or waiting for someone to arrive, Jermaine left. Someone arrived 9 mins after Jermaine arrived at my car and the mechanic wasn't present. I called his number and text him and I received no response. Thirty mins later I received a text indicating the mechanic has rescheduled my appointment due to a payment issue. I then called Jermaine and explained to him that someone was there and has been there since the time allowed. Jermaine apologized and said he'll return to do the work on my car. My car did get repaired, however, the engine is shaking now and I'm not certain if its due to the work that was done or if it's because of another issue.

Jermaine Lewis was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a great job. I had to communicate with him before the job, and to say that the communication was good is an understatement. He responded to the message I typed into this website in about 60 seconds. He came to my house in the evening, so I didn't have to take time off from work. It saved me an unpleasant trip to the dealer, which would have probably taken up most of my Saturday. I also saved a significant amount of money. It's worth noting that changing a headlight bulb on a Miata is a lot harder than it sounds. I thought I might try it myself, but abandoned that idea quickly when an internet search revealed that it was "challenging" and "frustrating." Jermaine had no difficulties at all. Great mechanic!
