Technician showed up and perform a diagnostic to review of vehicle before starting replacement of alternator. I stated my truck was a 97 online instead of 96 which it is. My error caused confusion, which I apologize for, price to replace alternator had to be adjusted. Technician tells me after the old alternator pulled off and new one installed that the adjusted bolt was bending as he tighten it. He said he couldn't finish the job and would inform someone about the problem. Shortly after technician shows me broken adjustment bolt, said alternator is functioning but overcharging a little and job couldn't be completed. He also said someone would reach out to me about scheduling a date and time to finish the job.. Today, two days after the job, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. V/R Keith Smith
