Irven was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable concerning the repairs of my vehicle he went above and beyond to show me (literally) future problems that I may run into which could easily be avoided by conducting preventive maintenance and repairing the small problem before it turned into a major problem. His work was a pleasant experience but your office failing to order the additional part was a disappointment, but was through fault of the mechanic that was a billing error on the office management not ordering the additional part but charging the labor.

This was the coolest mechanic I've ever dealt with. He put my rear shocks on in a fraction of the time it would have taken me, and he was very courteous and professional the whole time. I'd definitely choose to use him again in the future.
