Extremely professional and honest. I had a check engine light come on for the thermostat and I had Robert come and check it out. He actually came a few hours early and was professional and honest enough to tell me that he didn't think that it needed to be replaced and that the error was just due to the very low ambient temperature but said if it came back on to give him a call and would only charge me for the parts. While he was there he also found an air hose that was disconnected after I told him about some idle sputtering.
