Terry communicated well prior to our appointment and arrived on time. He did a very good job assessing my car. My only concern when I told him his reading was different than one I had received and I would get a third opinion it felt like he became very defensive and not really listening to me. The only reason I wanted a third opinion was his code was different than the first I received from somewhere else and was going to require a greater expense. It wasn't that I didn't think he was honest I just wanted to make sure since I am spending my money and I want the best service for my car. He was apologetic and I appreciate that since I want to be able to verbalize my opinion to who ever I choose to work on my car and he seems like a great choice.

Answers to common Nissan 610 questions

Q: When starting noise from engine
Answered by Jay
The rattle is coming from the camshaft sprocket on one or both cams. To get rid of the noise the cam sprocket would need to be replaced. These are part of the variable valve timing system and this is only...
Q: low washer fluid warning light and blind spot indicator off
Answered by Spencer
Hello there, you are correct. The washer fluid level and the blind spot indicator systems are related. The system shuts off when either the trunk is open or the washer fluid is low. If you have filled the washer fluid...
Q: O2 sensors
Answered by John
Bank 1 is the cylinder bank that has number 1 cylinder. In your case that would be the front bank. Each bank has two oxygen sensors, the upstream sensors are sensor 1 and the downstream sensors are sensor 2. So...
Q: Oil in spark plug chamber

Hello. Thanks for writing in. Oil in the spark plug wells (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/oil-is-leaking-into-spark-plug-well-inspection) is typically due to a failed gasket or o-ring. It can be a sign of more serious engine damage related to a failing valve or worn piston ring....

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

David was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I will have David do all my future car repairs.

Very impressed with the quality of work. Ned was on time and on budget. There were no surprise extra costs. Ned even helped me out with my other car, even though I didn't have an appointment for the other car. He took care of all of my car problems and he even found me a coupon for an oil change. I will be using this service again.

Tim was great; offered advice instead of just blindly fixing. Also Tim was super friendly and very genuine. Highly recommend!
