Very friendly professional guy. Down to earth. I'm not too sure if he saw in my original quote that I had the part but needed the wiring because he didn't necessarily bring wiring and the connector needed to complete the job but he did ultimately head to a nearby parts store and get what was needed. Job handled, completed, done.

Kiri was great. Very knowledgeable and made sure everything worked 100% before leaving. I had the Master & Slave Cylinder replaced + an oil change. This was all accomplished right in my driveway. The car was stranded because of these needed repairs to it saved my time/money. He also went out if his way to bring me a needed battery.

Answers to common Mercury Voyager questions

Q: AC belt makes squealing noise
Answered by Jay
The belt on your 2000 Plymouth Voyager is used by the engine to turn the A/C pulley along with the water pump, power steering pump, and other accessories. Any one of these items could be the cause of the belt...
Q: My belt fell off, and after putting it back on, it is squealing. Do I need to replace the belt?
Answered by Jay
If the belt came off on its own, then you most likely have a tensioner that is not putting tension on the belt to keep it on. Have the tensioner checked and replaced if it is broken or lacks tension,...
Q: My engine won't crank.
Answered by Marvin
Hi there. It sounds like the head gasket is burned between the combustion chamber and a water jacket. It may be a small leak to not get any in the oil. To check this condition, get a block test with...
Q: Car stalled while driving
Answered by Paul
You likely have a crankshaft position sensor issue. Other problems that may exist include a faulty fuel pump or an an occurring vacuum leak. I would have a certified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come to your home or...

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Whitney went above and beyond in solving my issues. Extremely friendly and extremely professional! Thanks, Whitney!

Stephen was very professional and spoke to me in terms that I understood. Although the news about the car was not great, he explained the why's and what it would take to fix it. I will call on him again. Many thanks!

I have to be honest, this was the first time that, I have EVER felt 'at-ease' around an auto mechanic. Jonas was thorough and straight forward with me about the issues; gave me a quote directly after doing the diagnostics on the car and, as it turned out, it cost me less than the original estimate. When does that ever happen with auto repairs ?? He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. You folks made the whole experience convenient and painless. I'm "sold" on the "Your Mechanic" concept. I'll probably never take my car again to a traditional mechanic !! Jonas was a pleasure to deal with !
