When make both left and right turns I hear a loud knocking sound. I have replaced both cv axles, both lower control arms and ball joints. I have no idea what else it could be.

My car has 90000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

It is possible that you can have some free play in one of your inner or outer tie rod ends. I would recommend having your inner and outer tie rod ends inspected by a qualified professional to determine if they have any free play. If the tie rod ends have any free play, I would strongly recommend having them replaced as soon as possible to avoid any safety issues that may result.

I was thinking about putting a B&M shift kit in my 65 Thunderbird would this make proformance better
