Q: What to expect after replacing some parts?

Ok I have a 95 Nissan maxima it sat for to years do to ignition problem car worked perfect before it sat. I figured out was the ignition problem was and fixed it. Had to replace fuel pump cause it finally went out to. Flushed all the lines and had to get injectors cause they were all bad to. I replaced valve cover gaskets cause i had a leak in on side. Shill this be the end of my problems and should she crank up after to years and new parks and new gas??
