Q: What is causing the steering wheel vibration?

my car has a problem of the steering wheel, it vibrates and pulls to the left. i have been changing ball joints, tie rode ends,bearing and wheel alignment. what are causes of vibration of the steering wheel and pulling to one side?
My car has a manual transmission.
