Q: Volkswagen Passat transmission line leaking.

asked by on

i have a transmission coolant line leak on a 2002 volkswagen passat glx

My car has 108000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hi there. The line on the transmission is leaking for either the line is cracked or the fitting on the end of the line has split and is leaking since the fluid is under a low pressure. I recommend replacing the line or replacing the fittings on the end of the line. If you need further assistance with your transmission lines leaking, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
