Q: Truck making a clunking noise

asked by on

My truck is making a clunking noise when going over bumps, and sometimes while turning and braking.

There are several possibilities that could create the noise you are experiencing. The most common is the sway bar end links followed by ball joints. I would have a certified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come to your home or office to inspect the clunking noise and make the correct repairs.
