Q: Suspect immobilizer is keeping car from starting.

asked by on

My car will not start. I feel as if it is an immobilizer of some sort.

I would ask for help from a mechanic to perform some diagnostics on your car to see what is causing your car not to start. They will be able to determine if there is an immobilizer that is causing your problem. I would recommend one of the mechanics at YourMechanic. They have the expertise and diagnostic equipment necessary to do this job.
