Q: Power steering not working.

asked by on January 14, 2016

I cannot turn the steering wheel. The power steering pump reservoir is full.

It sounds like your serpentine belt is broken. You can inspect the belt under the hood in front one the motor. If the belt is OK you may have a bad power steering pump. I recommend having a technician come out and replace the pump and flush the power steering fluid if the belt is good.
