Q: 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS is leaking water from the back of the engine by the firewall. What is the name of that pipe?

asked by on

Soon as you put water in, it starts leaking water from the back of the engine by the firewall. Coming from a pipe.

The pipe that connects to the hose on the back of the engine is the supply pipe to the heater core. If you need further assistance with a coolant leak, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
