Q: New radiator
I have a new born and I'm thinking of buying the vehicle cash. The guy selling it just said he replaced the radiator..and that he turned it on the other day to drive it and it had a "jump" he said because of the cold and he will fix that before he sells it. Is it worth it to buy and safe?
