Q: new engine by ford hesitating, misfiring at wot. Changed spark plugs, crank pos. sensor, relearn ecm

I pulled a rod on jan 4th 2017, ford used warranty did a whole engine replacement with a remanned engine. Ever since i got it back i have had nothing but problems. Taking it to multiple mechanics and ford dealerships costing me over $500 in having them do a diagnosis and fixing it and the problem is still there. If i drive the car normally it is 100% fine. But as soon as i put the pedal down it starts hesitating and making a weird noise and misfiring ( cel comes on and starts flashing when i keep going) codes are multiple random misfire and cylinder 2 misfire. I have changed spark plugs, coil boots and crank position sensor also did a relearn on ecm. Also changed coils on cylinder 2,6,8. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.!!!
