Q: Negative terminal not tightening

asked by on

The negative terminal for the battery does not tighten.

If this is the case, replacement terminals are available. The terminal being clean and tight is important. A loose terminal can cause intermittent no start conditions, low battery voltage conditions and can overheat the ground wire. A certified technician can help you with the necessary battery terminal replacements needed to get your car running reliably.
