Q: Need to know if 95' and 94' Mercedes car parts are interchangeable? 1994 Mercedes C280

yes i own a 1994 mercedes benz c 280 and i need a radiator for it. well i found a 1995 c280 at a pull and save im wondering if the radiator from the 95' will fit with my 94'?

My car has 140000 miles.
My car's transmission is unknown to me.
