Q: Need a price for a wiring harness replacement on an '89 dodge ram d250 Cummins turbo

asked by on January 03, 2018

I need to know how much it would cost to replace a wiring harness on my truck. I've replaced the voltage regulator multiple times because it kept going bad, then I replaced the alternator and battery and now it will not run on the new battery unless connected to another one (jumper).

My car has 67988 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The wiring harness is not available on this vehicle and will need to be repaired. You will need to get the problem diagnosed first by a mechanic like one from YourMechanic. Usually this will be on a time and material charge after diagnosis.
