My honda accord 2003 automatic transmission hardly starts in the mornings or after a long parking. Usually eventually starts when I press the gas pedal and it shakes with a rough start afterwards before balancing. If I switch off the engine immediately after the first rough start and attempt a start, it starts smoothly without any shaking until it is parked for a somewhat long hours or overnight, then I'd have to start pressing the throttle pedal while cranking again to initiate a rough start.
