Hello I'm Bart. I'll be helping you today. I can only guess as to what the issue may be without the code associated with the check engine light. If the check engine light is flashing constantly, that indicates a catalyst damaging condition such as an ignition misfire.

The light isn't flashing but the spark to the engine keeps going off I ahve videos

If there is a misfire present, you'll have reduce engine power, that could cause you to have to keep your foot on the gas to keep the engine running. Send the video please.

This is how long wit wiukd run without gas being applied sometimes it lasts longer then others

Do you think it could be an the idle cool air valve?

That is spark arcing off of a spark plug boot. What engine do you have? FYI this will cause a misfire. Not it's not the IAC valve.

Not necessary. Replace the plugs and wires then retest.

I recommend champion plugs for that vehicle. They're OEM. I would also recommend a high quality wire. I've had bad luck with Autozone house brand wires.
