I believe you may have a faulty battery or possible too much resistance on your battery cables (bad terminals or wires). You will need to get battery tested and if clicking continues, you will need to bench test and possible replace starter. Keep in mind aftermarket starters tend to fail often from the box.

I replaced starter with new already. But didn't check battery.

Let's start there and if all good, test cables for resistance. If both are good, I would suspect a faulty starter.
