The low oil pressure light on my car is on, The car is also leaking oil.

Sounds like it could be the oil pressure sensor. Have a technician test the sensor to determine if it needs to be replaced. I definitely would not drive it until that is checked because you could do damage to the vehicle if it has no oil pressure.
