Q: I filled up my gas tank this morning and it's almost half empty.

asked by on

I had filled my gas tank this morn around 8:30 and then drove about 45 min. And it's a 1/4 to 2/4 empty by the time I reached home, 12:00. I hadn't driven it more than the 45 min. to get home. What could be causing the loss of gas?

My car has 207000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.
