Q: I changed my throttle body because the light was on. I installed it and the light remains on and is blinking. My car takes long to

Engine takes long to crank due to light blinking. Indicated that the light blinking was the etc light. Changed throttle body and attempt relearn process worked for a day. Light is back on and blinking and car wont drive normal. It shakes as if it's a misfire and turn over slow as if not receiving fuel.
My car has an automatic transmission.
