How can I crank for no turbo Civic Honda 2017 after replacing with new throttle body assembly?

You will need a decent scan tool (Honda uses HDS which is preferred) in order to do the PCM reset and Idle Relearn procedure. Do you have one on hand?

These are the 2 procedures required when replacing the throttle body.PCM Reset- after connecting scan tool (HDS) 1. Select the PGM-FI system with the HDS. 2. Reset the PCM with the HDS while the engine is stopped. 3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode. 4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, and wait 30 seconds. 5. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, and disconnect the HDS from the DLC. Then perform Idle Relearn- Procedure 1. Make sure all electrical items (the A/C, the audio, the lights, etc.) are off. 2. Reset the PCM with the HDS (see above) 3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, and wait 2 seconds. 4. Start the engine. Hold the engine speed at 3,000 rpm without load (CVT in P or N, M/T in neutral) until the [radiator](/topics-radiator-honda/) fan comes on, or until the engine coolant temperature reaches 194 °F (90 °C). 5. Let the engine idle for about 5 minutes with the throttle fully closed.NOTE: If the radiator fan comes on, do not include its running time in the 5 minutes.6. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.7. Jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.8. Wait 60 seconds, and exit the SCS mode with the HDS.
