It's hard to say honestly I'm not sure you can band-aid this sort of problem being it is a pcm controlled car, it sounds like your probably having alternator issues which would cause the car to drop to a lower output voltage and make it run bad, a scan tool for codes and checking the battery and alternator for proper voltage would be highly advised ..
