There have been issues with vehicle losing communication with the brake control module and vehicle will not be able to start for safety reasons. You will need to have the vehicle towed to dealer to get system tested for loss of communication to brake module and may be just a computer reprogram issue but full diagnosis will be needed to see if has other faults in system when scanned.

Is it anything to do with the brake fluid?I'm stepping on the brakes and nothings happening they still are acting like they are seized

If the computer is not turning on it will not let the brakes work and will also not let it start. Nothing to do with fluid level if a little bid low. It is more of an electrical communication issue.
